Madison Homes uses a construction technique known as Panelization. It is simply an ‘off-site’ stick – built home. Components are built in a controlled environment free of rain and temperature extremes. This means lumber is dry and stable and less likely to warp after construction. Exterior walls are built on a panel machine and sheathing is applied. Walls are square. Only the best lumber is used – defective lumber is rejected. Roof Trusses are specifically manufactured for each job. Windows are installed and insulated. Windows are protected during shipping. Each panel is insulated. Panels are pre-drilled for electrical wiring.

Exterior and interior walls, trusses and other materials are shipped to the job. Trucks have an integral crane.

Panels are craned into place and erected the same as a ‘stick-built’ house by a 5 man framing crew.
