Madison Homes uses a construction technique
known as Panelization. It is simply an
‘off-site’ stick – built home. Components are
built in a controlled environment free of rain
and temperature extremes. This means lumber is
dry and stable and less likely to warp after
construction. Exterior walls are built on a
panel machine and sheathing is applied. Walls
are square. Only the best lumber is used –
defective lumber is rejected. Roof Trusses are
specifically manufactured for each job. Windows
are installed and insulated. Windows are
protected during shipping. Each panel is
insulated. Panels are pre-drilled for electrical
wiring. |
